About the Author

Stanley A. Kowalczyk Jr. graduated from Dedham High School on June, 1972. Immediately after he entered the United States Air Force where he served four years as a medical laboratory technician. After his tour of duty he then entered the Air Force Reserve where he served for one weekend a month while he worked full time with the Riverside County Department of Health with Disease Control for fourteen years. But his employment with the Health Department got interrupted in 1991 when he was recalled back to military active duty during Operation Desert Storm. But during his twenty year service with the U.S. Air Force and Reserve which spanned from the Vietnam era through to the Persian Gulf war, Stanley managed to earn an Associate in Arts degree from Riverside Community College. He then retired from military service in 1993. And he now resides in Riverside County California.
