About the Book

Life has a beginning and an end all that happens in between is all that matters. Love, hate, pain, sorrow, and joy are only some emotions that are expressed within these pages. Life contains magic which most of us haven’t experienced or seen, but we believe it is there and here is a tale spun on such magic. Immortality is something we all wish for one time or another, to live forever is a treasure that is at the tips of our fingers but just out of reach. Cecilia Howard seems to leap high enough so that she is in reach, magic and immortality are only a few things that Cecilia holds in her hands. She also seems to hold beauty, love, pain, strength, and courage. She will never give up till she sees what she has and all she loves is safe and that means even from the grave.

About the Author

My name is Megan Leigh Singleton I was born in Missouri and I grew up in Illinois in a small town of Fairview Heights. Considering my age now, fifteen, I am still growing up. I started the book when I was thirteen and I finished right before my fifteenth birthday. I learned my talent of writing off of other authors, my favorite in particular is Christopher Pike. I learned some in school, but a creative outlet couldn’t be found there as far as I was concerned. In my opinion the only creativeness school spurs in me is when I’m doodling in my binders and such. I find my artistic soul at my computer at home, some of the time I play classical or rock music when I’m writing. I love writing and I don’t plan to quit soon so look for me.
