About the Author
The author is a practicing Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. During medical school and his internship he was extremely overweight. At the end of his internship he formulated the principles of the YOUR WAY DIET and lost 35 pounds in 2 ½ months. He carefully studied the reasons why people on diet programs fail to lose weight, drop out, and too often regain all the weight they lost. He determined that in his practice of medicine he would offer people the same techniques which had been so successful for him. Through the years he refined and perfected this information into the YOUR WAY DIET PLAN FOR WEIGHT LOSS which has allowed large numbers of people to lose weight and keep it off while eating any kind of food they wish.
