About the Book
Global conflicts in the 1940’s and 1950’s set the stage in “Most Favored Nation” for a future where Korea has become the world’s military and economic superpower.
It is a world where the United States teeters dangerously on the brink of becoming a third world country. The U.S. has become a police state where the only churches left standing are museums and possession of a Bible is a capital offense. Couples are forced to participate in the national Abortion Lottery, where winning means financial reward while losing the right to have a child.
When a government researcher comes across the Columbus diaries and discovers that the famous explorer’s advanced geographical knowledge came from the Bible, a desperate U.S. government secretly sanctions a research team to scour the scriptures for more advanced scientific knowledge that it might use to become a superpower once again.
Enter Nelson Cervantes, assigned to head the team that researches the Bible, who uncovers knowledge in the ancient text that turns out to be more powerful than he ever imagined, transforming him and his family’s destiny forever.
