About the Author

Ms. Irice B. Bracey was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland over some Fifty years ago. She now resides in a county outside of Baltimore city, it is called Glen Burnie, Maryland. She was once married. She has four, grown children, and ten grandchildren. They live all over the United states. Ms. Bracey, loves Baseball, Tennis, and writing, with a very strong passion. While playing sports, she found time to attend Morgan State university, and Notre Dame College, at the age of 38 years old. She major in her dream of Accounting ,and Business Administration. Both schools are located in Baltimore, Maryland, in the inner city. The Mayor, of this, city at this time of my book, was Mayor Kurt Schomke. “The Wave Of Time “ was first conceived, while she was attending Morgan State University. She has other books, she is now working on. Ms. Bracey has been writing for over 20 years. She lived in Baltimore almost all her life. The only other times she wasn’t living in Maryland was when she was traveling around the world, with her then Military husband. She met a great deal of people , some of those same people are her still her friends today. Ms. Bracey loves to write and does it with such heart.
