About the Author

The author has in-depth experience in the development, management, administration, and maintenance of technology-based certification programs. Currently an independent consultant, Robert Anderson has developed and taught numerous education and training courses for colleges, training organizations, and associations. A registered Professional Engineer and holder of several certification and other professional credentials, he has been on the receiving end of many test-taking experiences. In an engineering and management career spanning four decades, he has presented more than 100 technical papers, tutorials, and published articles.
