the state that I am in is a journey that explores the reality of doing things your own way in a world of rules and conventional wisdom…a world of pain and very real consequences.

A longing for beauty leads a young software entrepreneur on a contemplative journey through his past. Daniel indulges in the memory of his simplistic teenage perspective, which gets shaken by a gorgeous foreign exchange student from Eastern Europe named Izabela. Izabela compels Daniel to walk away from everything he knows to be true and takes him on a journey that would begin the rest of his life.

Scott Neiss currently lives in Seattle. When he isn’t writing, traveling, or recording music he works as an eBusiness Strategist at a software startup. Scott received his MBA from the University of Colorado. His day-to-day reality - his life as a disturbed infobeing - has yet to cloud his dream world or threaten his tendency to ignore the boring realities perpetuated by others.
