About the Book

Ecstasy’s Angel is a romance novel set in the time period almost a year after Civil War ended.  The characters live outside of Wilmington, North Carolina. There are many subplots which are just as compelling as the main plot.

About the Author

Zolene was born in Williamson, West Virginia as Nona Zolene Chafin in April 1966. She graduated from Logan High in 1983 and Southern West Virginia Community College in 1987. Married a Marcum in 1984, divorced in 1995. She moved in 1987outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. This is where she now resides with her lover and her three quickly maturing sons as well as their four sweet dogs and two wild horses. This book was written with love between 9-5 jobs, marriage, divorce, children and schooling over the span of 20 years. It is Zolene’s greatest hope that you will enjoy reading it as much as she has truly enjoyed writing it. This is her first published novel and definitely not her last.
