About the Author

K L Warren was a management consultant for fifteen years, most of that time in the then-Big Eight environment of implementing custom and package financial systems for public and private organizations. Warren’s experience in banking began in the mid-90s, and includes roles in marketing, database design, project management and post-merger integration. Having lived in San Francisco throughout the 1990s, Warren now resides on the East Coast.
