About the Author
Rev. Linda Richard is the Pastor of the Bement United Methodist Church, in Bement, Illinois. She is a native of Hagerman, Idaho; and a graduate of Utah State University and Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Rev. Joe Richard, were married for 17 years “without children.” In 1999, they began the process of adopting three children: Stephen, Eric and Branden. The experience of suddenly becoming a “Mom” to three boys at the age of 45 has provided a great deal of impetus for the writing of this book. Linda loves cats, jigsaw puzzles, and a good mystery book!
