About the Book
Justin Dunning is a young, angst-ridden genius who creates masterpieces of orchestral music that earn him universal acclaim—much to his dismay and growing irritation. He bears emotional scars left by the betrayals and deceits of a former lover—leaving him filled with suspicion and despair at the prospect of loving again. His hope is unexpectedly reborn in the form of a woman whose very goodness challenges his distrust of romantic love and sexuality.
Justin’s new promise of hope is suddenly threatened by a mysterious traveler who weaves haunting tales of the past and forces him to look deep within, beyond his doubts and fears, to ultimately find the salvation he desperately needs.
Unscarred is a modern day parable about discovering the essential good in one’s self, even in the face of self-loathing and doubt—and absurdity run amok.
