About the Book

‘Just-A-Little Ranch’ is the name of our home in the mountains. We will share our experiences with those who want to learn about pigs, animals, and family life in the wilderness. Yes, we moved from the city and it has been quite a change for us. It is always an adventure! I know a lot about hogs from five years of raising our own. I am learning more about cattle and other animals every day. In this book you will find out:

*How we came from city life and adapted to the country

*Details you won’t read in other how-to farm books

*Farrowing: Two litters; Including in-depth facts of our sows labor

*Scary farm stories (true life experiences)

*What to look for when buying a pig

*Pig housing, fencing and feeding made easy

*Our 3rd Annual Round Up with itinerary from 2000!

*Favorite family recipes: Including our secret Kahlua recipe.

*Stories of us and much, much, more!

This book was not made to direct you in raising your animals or family, but to share with you how we raise ours.
