About the Author

Don Robinson was born in 1921 in the Los Angeles area. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from January 1942 to October 1945. He spent three years overseas participating in the Egypt, Libya, and Sicily battle campaigns. He presently lives with his wife Shirley at the Silver Lakes golfing community in the Mojave Desert He has two daughters and two son-in laws: Janis and Mark Flippen and Robin and Mark Rosenthal. Also two-step sons, Nick and Dan Payne. He has four grandchildren, Collin, Molly, Emma and Sam. He has three sisters and too many wonderful nieces and nephews to mention.
