About the Book

Paper #1 addresses the Founding Fathers, and the realities of slaveowners, especially in the context of being founders of a “free society.”  Paper #2 addresses the era the Constitution was written in, beginning with the first inhabitants of America, the native American civilization.  It describes the early development of the thirteen English colonies that later became the nucleus of the United States, and of how they came to become crown colonies.  Paper #2 goes into some detail as to the acts of vandalism, terrorism and violence that were to mark the Revolutionary movement, that forced the issue of independence on a reluctant population, and caused the civil war Americans call “the Revolution.”  Paper #2 also covers the secret convention where the Constitution of 1787 was written, and the questionable legal maneuvers that took place in the key states to compel the adoption of the Constitution of 1787, against the desires of the majority of the American people.

Paper #3 is a clause by clause breakdown of the legal meaning of the Constitution.  It is in this Paper that all those who believe that the Constitution of the republic is a bedrock of protection of the civil rights of the American people, are confronted with the truth that there is not ONE WORD in it guaranteeing any rights of any people.  They are instead faced with the legal reality of a document that specifies very clearly all those rights and powers the government would possess over the people, but which never declares any respect for the traditional rights of the American people.  Instead, the Constitution established a corporate form of government: the Executive corporation (“the Presidency”), the Legislative corporation (“the Congress”), and the Judicial corporation (“the Supreme Court”).  No American can argue about the Constitution knowledgeably, without having read Marc Ely-Chaitlin’s Constitution Papers.
