About the Book

Ryan Meagher is a disbarred, chemically-dependent Cleveland tax attorney who is estranged from his wife and despised by his teenaged son. He lies comatose after suffering a severe head injury in an auto accident. His conscious mind awakens in a strange matrix. He discovers that he has an almost encyclopedic recollection of facts, data, measurements, and other trivia, but no sense of personal identity or memory of his own life. Thereafter, he finds that he is sharing the matrix with a spiritual entity, which–at Meagher’s insistence–arbitrarily assigns itself the identity,  “Quisait.” Quisait identifies itself as Meagher’s conscience, moral compass, and life spirit guide–in essence, the complimentary remainder of the lawyer’s spiritual and psychic whole. Meagher’s conscious mind–captive in the matrix–begins an intense “retrogression Therapy,” during which he is compelled to revisit the critical moments of his personal history. Ryan Meagher thus begins a journey into his past and into the future of his loved ones which will change him–and them–forever
