About the Author

Morris Ratliff was born in the hills of Eastern Kentucky. After service in the USAF, he was educated in Electrical Engineering at NC State University, Villanova University, and The Moore School of the University of Pennsylvania. His work experience as a Radar Systems Engineer included operations in missile testing, satellite tracking, radar systems design, and classified work related to foreign weapons systems. He now lives in retirement on the Florida Gulf Coast.
