Traveling half way around the world to find a babysitter makes no sense -- unless she turns out to be a living saint. The New Age movement and romantic novels have made the terms, “twin-flame” and “soul mate” commonplace. To actually meet one’s soul mate is rare. Rarer still is being joined on a soul or spirit level, yet this perfect marriage was one more real-life adventure in John Gee’s movie. To meet the Minister of this holy union, without a doubt, is worth traveling all the way around the universe.

For many who have read I Remember Heaven, a common confession is one of disbelief. John Gee claims that all the accounts are true and no garnishment of exaggeration has been applied. From Vietnam to “meeting The Master,” from Heaven to ETs, John Gee swears, “It’s all true!”

On the one hand, I Remember Heaven is a series of extremely unusual stories, surrounding a phenomenological tale of entering the very Gates of Heaven. And this has nothing whatsoever to do with a near-death experience. This is a tale that truly deserves the cliché, “It’s bigger than life!”
