About the Author

A thirty-nine year old resident of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Topping grew up in New York and Miami. He is a principal with Resurgens Capital Partners, a private investment firm. Prior to joining Resurgens, he practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia for ten years. Mr. Topping and his wife, Laura, have three children, Johnny, Sally and Daniel. He enjoys tennis, fishing, biking, skiing and golf and is an avid reader. Mr. Topping is an active member of his church and coaches little league baseball. Mr. Topping is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and Russian Studies, and a graduate of The Lawrenceville School. Mr. Topping has studied at The Hague Academy of International Law and has published an article on the Strategic Defense Initiative. He continues to write and is working on several new novels.
