About the Author
Al Ryan lives in Pala California with his wife Carmelita. As a Medical Scientist he spent much of his creer residing in 3rd. world nations. With a sensitive and restless spirit he turned his medical knowledge into a life of adventure. He was known as the man with a pocket of pens and a notebook in his hands. At the height of World War II he celebrated his 19th birthday in the hedge-rows of France. He saw 302 days of front line combat. In his writing, Mr. Ryan draws heavy on his own experiences.
