About the Book

This is a collection of select food related subjects; the book will take the reader on a journey through Baja; typical food products are illustrated on the photographs and on the studio photos you will find the result of actual recipes from the book.

About the Author

The author is a native San Diegan attended the schools of San Diego, California Graduated from Brown Military Academy, then went to Latin American Military University, National University (UNAM), besides being an attorney, he is an avid fisherman and hunter, as sea captain he has taken a vessel from San Diego to la Paz around Los Cabos.
