About the Book

I’m enlightened and awed by the environment around me, which ignites my flo-etry which forms my art of writing. If God gives me the ability to play with words and create imagery why not share it with the world? I give you my poetry. It’s my heart, my passion and my life. I want you to indulge in it as if you have nowhere to go. Cry as you never cried, and over think and under analyze as if you question but know the answer.
The different poems and short stories that you will be reading from this book comes from past experiences, viewed situation and or things that just came to mind. I find that you will enjoy them some better than others because they touch on real life situations and play with emotions. Some of them will have you testifying while reading or shouting while dreaming. Either way it goes they are for your enjoyment.

About the Author

Too young to hang out with her older sister and being the baby girl did not fit in with her hanging out with her brother. Born the middle child of three; Pelle Payton found herself writing to help pass her loneliness. Not only did she develop her own style and thoughts in writing but, she found her mother’s adages and sound advice instrumental in her life. “Being a young adult in this time and era is difficult – I need to stay balance” said, Pelle Payton. Pelle Payton is excellent in math, science, and poetry; she is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
