This publication is of interest and of the utter most importance to space faring nation states, the United Nations, the International community, academics, space journals, space magazines, space policy “think tanks,” law enforcement personnel, and practitioners; public and private. This manuscript encompasses and provides an in-depth space studies analysis from a criminal justice perspective, providing innovative material for private, governmental, and public entities implementing International space law or organizational space policy implementation. Moreover, the collaboration of the three disciplines; International Law, Space Studies, and Criminal Justice, will need to occur in order to implement effective space policies. It is this collaboration which makes the publication of this textbook a global uniqueness; as of today, this has not been accomplished in the International space regime. This book would appeal to the novice and the expert pertaining to space studies.
About the Author
Lynn A. Titus Jr. (Tye) has spent the last eighteen years in various Law Enforcement positions, performing duties with the Pennsylvania State Police, Washington County Sheriff’s Department in Minnesota, and the United States Air Force Security Police. After earning his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota he continued on to achieve a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University. Titus has performed duties in a managerial, supervisory, and investigative capacity with various organizations and agencies, attaining an extensive supervisory field experience working with a wide array of personnel and agencies in the United states and Overseas. Furthermore, Titus has also been awarded numerous certifications and awards for his professional and personal achievements. He is currently a professor with Lake Region State College and Corinthian College teaching Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, and Political Science Courses.
