About the Book

At the end of each school year, April Wilson and her family go on a long trip to the country to visit her grandmother. As the year before, April unintentionally leaves Lively Larry, her adorable rubber duck and special friend, at home. This causes her to worry that something peculiar would happen again.

About the Author

Sandra Jones, resident of West Haven, Connecticut, was born in Guyana, South America. She is married, has three daughters, and a granddaughter. Jones was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, and retired as a civilian employee from the Federal government. Additionally, she graduated from Gateway Community College with an Associate of Science degree. From there, she transferred to Southern Connecticut State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. For many years, Jones has devoted her life to ministry. In her spare time, among other hobbies, she writes children’s stories.
