About the Book

Maggie O’Neal is an aspiring camera woman on her first assignment to shoot the next episode of the hit NBC dating shows Average Joe. Maggie finds out first hand what it’s like to fall in love at first sight when meets the man of her dreams. The problem is that man is a contestant in a dating show trying his best to get a date with Contessa Harper, an aspiring supermodel.

Mick Collins is a Drill Sergeant at West Point, hand picked to compete on the latest installment of Average Joe. He’s tough, smart and a ‘high speed, low drag’ soldier. He does have one flaw; he doesn’t know beans about women. Mick will lead his fellow ‘Average Joe’ contestants against the handsome Hunks to win the heart of the fair Contessa. Maggie has to get Mick’s attention without A) getting fired, B) scaring Mick off and C) incurring the wrath of the Contessa in this new twist of the old ‘love at first sight’ phenomenon , based on the NBC Average Joe dating series.

About the Author

Michael Frazier grew up in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelors Degree in Nursing from The University of Central Oklahoma in 1982 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Nurse Corps at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1983. Mike met and married Jennifer Kipp while stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas in 1985. In 1991 Mike served with the 312th Evacuation Hospital in Saudi Arabia during the Persian Gulf War. His daughter Riley was born in 1993 and he received his Master’s Degree from Duke University in 1994. Mike currently works at Durham Regional Hospital and took up Karate in 2003. He holds a Purple belt in Sanshinkai-Aiki Karate. Mike is of course an avid Average Joe fan.
