As a board certified Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist, I have seen thousands of patients go thorough life making choices that either leave them as spring chickens or old and worn out when they retire. These differences between the young old and the old old, led me to investigate every aspect of anti-aging that I could because I noticed similarities between the young old and the old old that were consistent and predictable. My background in complementary medicine spans over 25 years and involves training in acupuncture, applied kinesiology, chiropractic, homeopathy, psychology, genetics, traditional medicine and nutrition. I also teach physicians in anti-aging nationally.
