About the Author

Vincent was born and raised by a single mother, grandmother, and other unseen life forces in West Philadelphia. As a child, many thoughts troubled him. “Why do the white kids chase us home everyday?” “Why do I have to go to church?” “Why do we eat this food?” “Where is my father?” “Am I from another planet?” His desire to uncover the answers led him to independently research the cultural, social, religious, and dietary customs of world. After graduation from Lincoln University, he continued his investigation and began to write down the many interesting thoughts, images, and experiences in his brain. Currently, he’s a slave at some company and studying for his master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition. He still resides in West Philadelphia and is probably reading yet another interesting book at this very moment
