About the Book

Dedicated and popular oceanographer, Danielle Carter returns from an overseas Global Warming Summit, enriched with ideas to continue her research. However, her return to the Great Barrier Reef is anything but glorious – her family and well organized life had been shattered during her absence. With echoes from the past haunting Danielle, she begins a quest to find the truth and heads for the Bahamas and another Marine Research Centre. When she arrives there, not everything works out as she has planned, though determined to get her answers, she stays on the island, at least for a few more days. Her perseverance pays off ; she finds missing clues relating to her family. And then she meets a man she had seen but not spoken to at another location. He had intrigued her then, though knew that she’d never see him again. Now, circumstances were different – he was real and the first man in her life she wanted to get close to, even love or marry. But the answer to that is in the lap of fate.

About the Author

Rose Daniels, born in Germany, but migrated to Australia, aged twenty-three. She became an Australian citizen, married an Australian man and had three sons. Right from the start, she wrote about her life in Australia with the view of becoming an established author. Those handwritten notes became a novel, published in 2003. Since then, Rose has written 4 more novels. All published by Xlibris.
