"A Stir Of Echoes From Verses Past" is a collection of poetry culled from the life, and experiences of the author. Notwithstanding, in telling his own story, the author is also telling the story of all those who haven't got a voice. It seems to the author that many are suffering from bradycardia. Or, have went into cardiac arrest through Ignorance, Greed, and Blindness. I hope that this book will be the defibrillator which shocks people out of their arrythmia, and back into the so called” Land Of The Living" This is the pabulum to nourish, and feed the soul...There is a blessing here for everyone. About the Author

Mr. Simmons is a Poet/Writer/Performer/Public, and Motivational Speaker in, and around the New York City area. He is an alumni of the New York Theological Seminary's Certificate in Ministry, and Human Services Program. Mr. Simmons has appeared on several Cable television shows. Amongst them are Chris Music concepts, and the Abu Aq Abu show. He has had the honor, and privilege of being a part of the Weimar New York show, under the talented producer Mr. Earl Dax in 2007. Mr. Simmons is a staunch children's advocate, who often speaks about their plight in his poetry.
