About the Book

There was a distinct group of children born between the Baby Boom and the now famed “Generation X.” This book gives a name and a voice to this group and peruses the process that created “The Space-Agers.”

With a wistfully bemused look at such elements as television, music, parental guidance and peers, the story is told of this forgotten collection of people, who have a perspective on life quite different from either of their timeline neighbors. It also dares to examine the generations to come as we collectively tread the path of the Twenty-First Century.

About the Author

Dean is a true “Space-Ager,” born during the tumultuous nineteen sixties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bucknell University, is a graduate of the austere Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College and was the first student to show a completed film at New York Film Academy. Resume highlights: store clown for F.A.O. Schwarz Fifth Avenue, Official for the Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade and DJ at several nightclubs. A self-proclaimed pop culture expert and trivia maven, Dean knows way too much about television and hit music. He lives in New York City.
