About the Book
Folding the Flag and Other Remembrances is a collection of poems and short stories chronicling one man’s experiences in both a small Southern town and overseas before and after World War II. Both sensitive and spiritual, he searches for meaning in events and connection with the life around him. His writing highlights the things he cares about and his efforts to be a good soldier, a good steward, and a good neighbor, loyal to country and family. The story, “Her Beautiful Necklace”, was previously published by The Scottish Rite Journal, which has a worldwide circulation.
