About the Author

Jack Coale brings his 30 years as a business manager, consultant and Lutheran minister to the critical task of choosing words and helping others select theirs wisely. With degrees in economics and divinity, and an internship in counseling from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, he has learned how casual word choices create “accidental” personalities that are far weaker than “strategic” goal-oriented personal power options. He has lectured at Duke University and the University of Chicago, and now brings these skills to help readers and listeners develop simple step formulas for personal growth.
