About the Author

Beth Reynolds, Ed.D. lives in Greenville, South Carolina with her husband and three children. She is a National Board Certified first grade teacher at Robert E. Cashion Elementary School in Greenville County and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from South Carolina State University. Beth grew up on Papa Bruce’s Barnyard and combines her interest in farming and teaching through this book about her father’s farm. James Heaton lives in Greenville, South Carolina. James is the proud father of three children. He is a professional illustrator and mural artist, painting in the schools throughout Greenville. James majored in Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design. When he isn’t painting James spends his time skateboarding, surfing or playing with his kids.
