About the Book
Short stories written in poem form about the care he receives from health aides, while he is a patient in two different rehabs… Because of the beautiful faces I dealt with, I saw God dancing on the table.
About the Author
Deacon Andrew Goldy is a Deacon in the Catholic Church, ordained in 1996. He had a wife, Kathy, a son Stephen, and two daughters, Donna and Denise, eight grand-children and one great grand-daughter, which he baptized in October, 2008. In 2007, they would have celebrated their forty-fifth anniversary. On April, 17, 2007, Deacon Andy suffered a major stroke, and Kathy died on May 7, 2007, while Andy was in ICU. Kathy had been taking Chemo to battle with cancer, but she had been home under hospice. Andy is currently living in a Supportive living building in Reading Mass., called Peter Sanborn Place. Supportive living means he has his own apartment with some services from Health Aides. He is seventy-three and he is currently working online with Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. Toward a BA.
