About the Book

Dear Friends, I was inspired to write this book while studying in Uganda during my undergraduate education. Because of what I took away from that experience I am giving the royalties back to Africa. I am partnering with Peoria First United Methodist Church and their mission with a school in Liberia. For every book that sells, $4 will go toward eduacting Liberian children. About the Author

Meghan Maltby, now a graduate of Greenville College, has a Master's of Arts in Religion degree from The University of Dubuque Theological Seminary and is working in youth and family ministry. She was inspired to write this children's book while studying abroad for her final semester at Greenville College. She has a desire to understand and share the realities of life with others in a society which mocks reality and hides what is truly real. May you be inspired by the reality of Oula Herbert in this photographic telling of his life in Soroti District, Uganda.
