About the Author

Encouraged by one of her favorite teacher Mrs. Weaver, Kristi Lin wrote this book as a graduation project for elementary school. Her passion for writing, like her appreciation for nature and animals inspired her. During her years in elementary school, her parents took her to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii where she experienced close encounter with nature. After finishing this book, Kristi continues to write about animals. Her favorite pastime is reading, traveling and walking nature trails.
