About the Author

I grew up in a small town in the Midwest and lived there most of my life. I had wonderful parents and loving grandparents, my grandmother was my best pal. I have three grown children and two grandsons who keep me busy. I have five cats as I dearly love animals and have had many over the years with interesting stories that are yet to be told. I always read to my children as I feel that’s important in children’s upbringing as reading is fun and, I hope you all enjoy Gushie Gerdie as much as I enjoyed writing about her. This is my first book and I hope to write many more about Gushie and her friends and family plus others I have started, I enjoy writing and reading as I always have, hope you all do too.
