About the Book

Feeding the Inner Man is such an important task. We are so tangled in a world that eats away at our spirit, heart, mind and body. This book ushers a reader's Inner Man into a realm needed to THRIVE, Flourish and Grow. To read, reflect and imagine. To learn and love. To hope and dream. To laugh and cry. To return to our basic nature where we are MOST open to the truth, the real, the fake, and the Creator.

About the Author

This book was created especially from the heart. It's words, emotions, statements, ideas are universal. There is a place within these lines for every human soul and spirit. I opened myself up to the possibility of reaching out to anyone and found myself here. I give of myself entirely, my words, my thoughts, my emotions in hopes that they reach someone who feels alone, unworthy, incapable, under-qualified, unable. An award winning poet inducted into the International Library of Poetry who believed she wasn't worth the paper her words were printed on.... If after 9 years of "I'm Not a Writer", "I'm Not a Vehicle" thought process; I can do this, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. I look to use my poetry as a ladder into someone's darkness as a way perhaps UP into a better light. Our world is in intensive care and our humanities are all bound up into different knots. We are all carrying weight that we feel only we know about. Not so! Our Creator Source feeds us words of encouragement, truth, justice, happiness, joy, spirituality....they are given through the hearts of man. We are our brother/sister's keeper. We are the conduits of peace. We are the healers of the world, through the power of our thoughts, deeds and words. It's been said often that "Words are Powerful". This is true. Our words have the power to make and break. Make us better. Make us whole. Make us aware. Make us determined. Make us reflect. Break negativity. Break mental bondages. Break silences that have lasted too long. Break the communication barriers. Break misguidance, Break immorality. Each of us poses the power of words. These poems are dedicated to the Makers and the Breakers!! You are all a very special light to what could seem like a very dark world. I am Lyphe by name and definition. I was born and lovingly raised in Providence, R.I. by a WONDERFUL family, and through my personal journeys found myself nested in Virginia! I am a child of The Master, follower of The Lamb, mother of 3 beautiful souls, only child of an outstanding single mother, wife to an extraordinary husband, loving grand daughter, sister and friend. My life is a mountainous, rocky, peeked valley of love, spirituality, darkness, joy, light, reality and pain. I am perfectly imperfect in my humanity looking to open my Lyphe up to anyone in need of someone who understands. Beloved..... I understand. I'm pouring Love and Lyphe energy into this vast Universe in hopes it falls onto whom it belongs. Peace, Love, Prosperity and Bountiful Blessings.
