Based on a true story by aspiring authors M.L. Joseph and Alyssa Lynn, M.L.’s sweet memories of planting flowers with her mother allows the reader to hear and visualize this beautiful journey through the eyes of a child. Lynn’s dynamic ideas come to life as mama and Michele’s formative experience together inspires all families to celebrate their traditions. This is their first book.

About the Author

M.L. Joseph A New Jersey Native from the township of Wayne, M.L. Joseph is a certified elementary teacher with a Master of Science in Literacy Education from Long Island University in Riverhead, NY. M.L. resides on the Eastern End of Long Island with her husband Peter and their two cats. M.L. enjoys her family, friends, the arts, movies, the beach, reading, cooking, and of course gardening. Alyssa Lynn is a 15 year old sophomore from Wayne, NJ. She is an aspiring author. This is her first collaboration with her aunt, M.L. Joseph. Lynn is an avid reader, movie goer, and thespian. She really enjoyed working with her aunt on this semi-autobiographical children's book.
