About the Author

Dawn Busche was born in Jamestown, N.D. Her father, John Smith had a career in the U.S. Navy. Dawn, her mother Marjorie and a sister Bobbi traveled and lived in various cities in the United States to be near their father and Marjorie’s husband. Until, John retired from military service and the family settled down in North Dakota. Dawn graduated from Jamestown High school. She married Greg Busche. The couple operated a dairy farm, while she continued her writing as a hobby. Dawn, Greg, three children live in Lisbon, N.D. She’s published, recieved awards for poetry.
