About the Author

Born August 17th 1963 in the Deep South of Jackson, Mississippi, the second eldest of five children. I always had a passion for reading and writing. My dream was to be in the entertainment world in whatever aspect I could merge into. Trying several endeavors and not prospering from any, I decided to do what I do best, write. If you are reading this book right now, guess what? I did it. With a positive mind, and self-discipline I have created a unique character, which got its name from my name, Zina. And my wonderful compassionate personality as well. I have a very warm heart for children, which is why I had six of my own. “Yes, three girls and three boys.” Feed up with the torment that our children suffer from day after day. I decided they needed something that would help their mental state of mind and that is to focus on their nightmares and problems sleeping. Doctors have found out that those children between the ages of 3 and 12 are more likely to develop recurrent nightmares, most of which are brought on everyday living and surroundings. I wanted to create books that would make this transition from childhood nightmares a lot easier to deal with. After all it’s psychological.
