About the Author
Garner Scott Odell, retired after forty years as a clergyman, therapist and professor, now turns his interest to historical novels after writing numerous articles and short stories. Sir David, his first novel, is a labor of love based on a genealogical character found while climbing around in the Odell family tree during his fifteen years of research. He resides in California with his wife, also a writer. Garner currently divides his time between writing a second historical novel and enjoying his children and grandchildren in addition to serving as Chaplain aboard a major cruise ship line that travels around the world.
