About the Author
The author, Luis C. Miranda, was born in a small town on the Eastern Coast of Puerto Rico and after high school graduation, he left for New York City. There, he earned a B.A. degree from the City College of New York. He then moved to San Francisco and obtained a Master degree in Social Welfare from U.C. Berkeley. He has worked as a Professional School Social Worker, College Counselor, University Professor, and Fulbright Scholar in Colombia and other South American countries. Presently, he is a retired senior, and a tireless world-wide traveller with vast interests.
