About the Author
I was born in New England and raised in the South by parents, both teachers, who sparked my interest in books. After satisfying a bit of wanderlust, I married and produced a daughter, who is now a young woman, married with two small children of her own. As a widow, I've had an assortment of jobs that range from cooking to care-giving. I have written one other book: After the First Death, and am now writing a third.
