About the Author

The author was born on the lower southwest coast of Florida. He was educated at Everglades City, Florida, until his expulsion from the eleventh grade, at which time he joined the U.S. Navy at seventeen years of age. Drawing on his life experience and imagination, the author, a ‘Last Florida Cracker,’ sincerely hopes his efforts are enjoyed by those who read these pages.
