About the Author

Cheryl Thompson is a retired schoolteacher and a certified self-esteem facilitator. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Lincoln University in Missouri, a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University, and certification from Facilitating Skills Seminars of Santa Barbara, California. In 2002, Cheryl founded Empowered Living Seminars, LLC, her company through which fun and informative interactive workshops are presented to promote the building of good self-esteem. Cheryl resides in Alpharetta, Georgia. She is the proud mother of two adult sons, Brian and Keith Thompson. Cheryl may be contacted at clt3716@juno.com
