Born in Brooklyn, raised in Philadelphia, a very creative person in diverse fields. ` A professional photographer, has had four studios in various places. The last being in North Miami Florida where he now resides. This is his fourth novel , along with many poems and short stories. Herb, married for thirty-nine years to his wife Ruth who is his inspiration and help mate.
