About the Book
Bo Rogers is a plowboy with a dream. The Theatre is a Mecca that this poor country boy doesn’t think he can afford. He’s been told that the competition will be overwhelming. It is! But he has a gift from God that grabs people by the soul and shakes them until they willingly pay homage to the gift.
About the Author
Joe Neil Steward, born and educated in Southern Illinois, went west to seek success as a Hollywood actor. Hollywood’s scampering and city life were new eye-opening experiences for a ‘country boy’ with multiple talents and unique ideas about the world. He spent twenty years pursuing roles in California, while holding other jobs to put food on the table and a roof over his head. He fulfilled another dream, shared with his father, about ‘retiring’ in Montana—bought land, designed and built a cabin, and for 18 years lived the western life he writes about. He now lives in east Tennessee and returns to his Southern Illinois roots often. Writing and being published is achievement of another lifelong goal! A great thrill is gained from reading from his works to audiences—utilizing his acting skills to ‘enhance’ the readings. Joe hopes to have all his books available in audio format in the near future (CD’s and cassette tapes). You may email him at Joe_Steward@hotmail.com.
