About the Book
IN THE COMPANY OF OTHERS is the second in a series of Marty Reynolds thrillers created by Alice Winter. The first in the series, THE MURAL DANCERS, was released in December 2000. THE RUSE is the third in the series to be released in April 2002.
Marty Reynolds has seen evil. She has seen it in its purest and most formidable form. She has seen it festering behind the eyes of hosts that are willing and able vanguards of such depravity. Marty, having fallen victim to the cruel and unrelenting grip of such determined and tenacious evil, vowed to divorce herself entirely from such swamps of iniquity and pain.
Watchful and ever wary of the insidious and beguiling prowess of these wicked and nefarious individuals, Marty reinvents herself through the murals that she paints in the homes of California’s elite. She soon finds out that anguish and hatred are not confined to the murky waters of the sick mind, but can also manifest themselves in the bold and dynamic colors of a mural painted on a wall.
