About the Author

I was born in New Haven, Connecticut, joined the 9th Air Force in Europe during World War II; then moved to Manchester, Connecticut. I started writing about the things I had experienced. My articles appeared in newspapers, libraries, and museums. There was so much to write about. I completed many stories over the years of interest to readers here in Manchester and others in Birmingham, England. I was rewarded at a testimonial dinner in my honor, receiving two medals, a proclamation from the Mayor, and a beautiful plaque. I hope Paddington Street will be enjoyable for your reading pleasure.
