About the Author
Sheldon R. Baker is a WWII veteran and a retired full professor from West Virginia University. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University. He is married and presently resides at 782 Des Moines Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26505.
